Wuzzos Products

All WUZZOS footwear is sold in UK sizing so if you are unsure of what European or US size to order, please refer to our Size Conversion Chart.

One of the biggest costs associated with developing shoes is investing in the moulds that are required to produce them. We offer a range of Men’s and Women’s full and half sizes but if you feel we’re missing a trick by not offering a specific size then let us know and we will see what we can do to assist. support@wuzzos.com

For the best care of your shoes, we favour Granger’s Products, though there are many good products on the market. Grangers Waterproofing Wax is a soft, easy to apply wax, with natural beeswax, ensuring durable water-repellency and nourishment for all WUZZOS leather footwear.

Orders & Shipping

Our products are usually shipped on the day the order is placed. All UK orders are dispatched with a courier that requires signature and Club WUZZOS members will benefit from free shipping. If you do not receive your order within 4 working days from when you placed it, please let us know so we can request a Proof of Delivery from the courier.

Your refund will be processed via the payment method used to place the order, usually within five working days from the notification that your item has been received. If you used a debit card, you should see the money in your account within five working days. This can take longer for credit cards; you should see the money in your account within seven working days. Paypal can take up to two working days.

We accept all major Credit and Debit cards.

It depends on the country we are shipping to, but we always carefully select the best carrier to ensure the delivery time is as short as possible and can provide proof of delivery if required.

Returns & Exchange

Yes but if there is a problem caused by WUZZOS, we will happily reimburse any costs that you incur.

You can! If you’re looking for the quickest way to exchange your WUZZOS product, we’d recommend ordering the size you need and then processing the return of the original product. We offer one-year warranty on workmanship and manufacturing defects on your WUZZOS products. This does not include normal wear and tear. Our products are carefully assembled by hand with attention to detail to ensure high quality standards are met. We only produce products that combine premium materials and components, then sell them direct-to-consumer (D2C) at a great price. It would be unfair of us to rate them, so we’ll let you decide for yourself…😉
